29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to their work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. Location: a) Worksite: 808 Broadway, New York, NY 10003. The sidewalk at the front of the building. On or about October 1st, 2024, employees manually moved a mobile scaffold while another employee worked on the scaffold platform. The surface on which the scaffold was moved was not level. The scaffold tipped over, and the employee fell off the scaffold.
