29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- 203 Ark Road, Building 13, Mount Laurel NJ: Two company workers were exposed to fall hazards, of 30 feet, when performing sheathing installation and other related activities from a commercial structure's pitched roof while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means. Condition noted on or about 10/03/24. New Zyland Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1747265, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 1, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Bellevue Estates; Glenwood Avenue & Bunker Hill Way, Syracuse NY.
