29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(7): Ladders not specifically designed for such use were tied or fastened together to provide longer sections: a) 228 Carlisle Street, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702: On or about September 27, 2024, a wooden job made ladder was fastened to a fiberglass ladder, the use of this combination created a potential fall hazard in excess of 29 feet. Corrected during inspection.
