OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to a tip over crush-by hazard: a) On or about September 26, 2024, located at 74th Street and Ocean Terrace, Miami Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards while operating an All-Terrain powered industrial truck to move coconut trees over sand mounds during high winds.
