OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating mowing and weed-eating equipment. a) On or about September 25, 2024, employees were exposed to the hazards of vehicular traffic causing struck by injuries while performing landscape duties located along Interstate 110 near exit number 408, Baton Rouge, LA. On September 25, 2024, an employee was struck on the side of the road by a motor vehicle causing injuries requiring hospitalization.
