Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. The %% employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards associated with working on Marklift Scissors lift: (a) Pavement below - Employees working on the Marklift Scissors lift were standing on a plank placed across the midrail, on or about 9/13/91. ABATEMENT NOTES: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to use the Condor Aerial lift or the Uno lifts on site. Reference ANSI A92.6 1979 - 14.2.6
