Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: On or about September 20, 2024, in the Brake and Dies area, employees were engaged in bending metal parts on the Verson Allsteel Press (P-60) mechanical press, without adequate guarding. The DBG Arkansas LLC dba DBG Conway was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1468649, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 600 Dave Ward Drive, Conway, AR 72034.
