OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. On or about September 10, 2024, at the construction site employees were utilizing steel chain slings used for lifting and installing an 84-inch reinforced concrete pipe and did not have procedures in place to properly align the lifted load to the load that was previously set in place.
