29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Location: Tunnel Washer Chemical Room On or about 9/12/24, the employer did not ensure that an emergency eyewash for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes was maintained in an order that would not create further injury to the eyes. Unknown materials had dripped onto the eyewash, including the portion that dispenses solution into the eyes of the affected party.
