29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1):Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) For the pressure washers used in the washroom and throughout the facility, on or about 09/01/2024 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards, in that, rotating belts and pulleys at approximately 1750 RPM were exposed because the motor housing was not guarded at its top where the belt and pulleys were located.
