OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards. a) 1195 HWY 282, Clancy, MT: On or about September 10, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating the Duro Hydraulics, 8000 lbs. hydraulic lift Serial # May 17, 1123, product ID TP9KACX to perform automotive maintenance. The lift had a broken weld on the left rear side.
