29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Powder Processing Line 1 (PPL 1): On or about 8/28/2024, The employer exposed authorized employees to chemical burn hazards in that, prior to removing an inline filter for cleaning, procedures were not utilized to isolate pneumatic pressure and palladium nitrate slurry mix.
