29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers was not provided, used, and/or maintained. a) At the propane tank refilling station, located at 5682 East Ponce De Leon Ave., Stone Mountain, GA 30083: On or about August 29, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to frostbite when refilling propane tanks, in that employees were not provided with effective personal protective equipment, such as but not limited to approved safety glasses or face shields, full length chemical resistant gloves, and protective clothing.
