29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii):The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the exceeded 8-Jan inch (.32cm) at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators: On or about 23 August 2024, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not clear fugitive dust that accumulated greater than 1/8 inch on the fourth-floor grain warehouse vertical surfaces.
