OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the recognized hazard of a dust collector located inside of the building that did not meet the requirements of NFPA 61 which created a fire and explosion hazard: a) Dust Collector Area- On or about September 21, 2024, employees working in the bagging area were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from a filter media dust collector that was not located outside of building and protected in accordance with NFPA 61 Section 6.3. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
