29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: On or about August 22, 2024, VRT department, employees walked and worked where the floor was wet. On or about August 28, 2024, VRT department, employees were entering and exiting the freezer where ice accumulated on the mats and floor.
