OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: On or about August 22, 2024, at a job site located at 9279 South Arbor Creek Drive, Oak Creek, WI 53154, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while using the load area surface of an Equipter RB4000, as a means of access to install shingles on an existing residential roof.
