29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On August 21, 2024, at 2453 Eugene Drive North in Mandan, North Dakota, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while performing residential roofing activities without utilizing fall protection systems. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection No. 1545219, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 20, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #1 Block #4 Acadia Circle, Bismarck, North Dakota.
