At the worksite, located at 5115 West Clifton Street Tampa, FL 33634; On or about 8/20/24, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 3 ft, in that, a Werner 4ft A-frame ladder was not used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions as it was propped in the closed position, leaning against the granite materials while cutting wooden bracket frames off bundles from granite stone slabs from the back of a delivery trailer.
