29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: On August 4, 2024, at the Finest Golf Maintenance Building: Employees were working at a remote site without access to first aid or readily available medical facilities. Employees were exposed to health hazards from the lack of medical/first aid treatments.
