29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: (a) On August 16, 2024, at 2446 Roberta Drive North, Mandan, North Dakota, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while performing residential roofing activities without fall protection systems in place. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection No. 1545219, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 20, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #1 Block #4 Acadia Circle, Bismarck, North Dakota.
