29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: a) On or about August 14, 2024, within the Barksdale Air Force Base worksite, the employer exposed employee(s) to the hazard of delayed medical treatment by failing to ensure that onsite rescue and medical first aid protocols/responsibilities were established in the event of a serious injury within the restricted worksite, when workers needed assistance from public emergency responders.
