29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about August 8, 2024, at 20345 Golf Course Road, Boca Raton, Florida, an employee was exposed to head injuries from impact with tools being used when installing a power pack without wearing protective helmet.
