29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: a) Amentum Services, Inc.: On or about August 06, 2024, employees were potentially exposed to a possible head injury resulting from falling parts while performing maintenance around or under the structure of the C12 aircraft. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
