29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily. a) 615 Locust St. Columbia PA 17512 (Silk Screen Department) - On or about August 8, 2024, employees used rags soaked in flammable liquids including, but not limited to, mineral spirits and EasiSolv 120 Solvent Cleaner, and disposed of the rags in the trash receptacle which was not a covered metal receptacle. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
