OSH ACT on 1970 Section 5 (a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees while working atop railcars: a) On or about August 2, 2024, at a jobsite located at 5687 NW 36 Ave. Miami FL 33142, an employee, while working on top of a railcar tank, disconnecting a hose from the railcar tank, was exposed to an approximate 14-feet fall hazard.
