29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On July 30, 2024, at 6718 28th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota, employees were exposed to fall hazards while framing exterior walls at heights over 6 feet on a new residential home. Note: The company, E & O Builders LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1678637, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6919 26th Street South, Fargo, North Dakota.
