29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Blender floor; On or about July 31, 2024, and dates prior, combustible feed dust accumulated on the east and west scale hoppers, piping, floor, and other flat edges/surfaces in depths ranging from 1/8 inches to greater than 1 foot due to improper housekeeping practices and/or ineffective source control.
