29 CFR 1904.41(a)(1)(ii): An employer with an establishment of 250 or more employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and whom this part requires their establishment to keep records, had not electronically submitted information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by March 2nd of the year after the calendar year covered by the form: (a) Nestle Pizza Division - 940 S Whelen Avenue, Medford, WI; As of the opening of the inspection on August 1, 2024, the employer had not, for calendar year 2023, electronically submitted information from their OSHA Form 300A or equivalent by the due date of March 2, 2024. The establishment employed an average of 396 employees during calendar year 2023.
