29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): Respirators were required by the employer in the workplace, and the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures that included the applicable provisions of 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i)-(ix). On or about July 31, 2024, employees were required to wear P95 Particulate Respirators while mixing chemicals for sanitation and the employer did not establish a written respiratory protection program that included the applicable provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i)-(ix) with worksite specific procedures, including, but not limited to, providing medical evaluations of employees required to use respirators.
