29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Location: 1525 Harbor Blvd. Weehawken NJ 07086 / Second Floor - Unit 4234. a: The employer failed to ensure employees were able to recognize hence avoid unsafe conditions applicable to their work environment. An employee suffered an electrocution after becoming in contact with a live, 120V electrical conduit while using a core drill. Violation occurred on or about July 25, 2024.
