29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section. Conveyer Room: The grinder used to cut metal to support the rolling door was missing a guard exposing employees to struck by and laceration hazards. Hong Ye Rental & Construction, Ltd. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1559751, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Maui, Airport Road Saipan, Northern Mariana 96850
