29 CFR 1926.102(b)(1): Protective eye and face protection devices must comply with any of the consensus standards identified in sections 1926.102(b)(1)(i)-(iii) of this standard. On or about July 16, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were performing reconduct on a 14,400 volt energized power line without wearing eye protection.
