29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a - 50 Marion Avenue, Bordentown NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet 9 inches to the ground surface, when entering into and exiting from a residential structure's second floor using the members of the structure's exterior wall frame to hoist themselves into the structure and hold onto when exiting the structure - both occurring while the workers were outside of the structure. These workers were not using fall protection at the time of their exposure to the fall hazards. Observed on or about 07/17/24 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
