29 CFR 1910.37(e): Employer did not install and maintain an operable employee alarm system that had a distinctive signal to warn employees of fire or other emergencies: a) For the Dover Mexican Market located at 3223 Sydney Dover Rd., Dover, FL 33527, on or about 07/14/2024, the employer exposed employees to fire/burn hazards, in that, the employer required evacuation in event of a fire and there was no employee alarm system with a distinctive alarm signal for fire hazards.
