Celina, Ohio 45822: The employer did not ensure Line 4 winder machine was adequately guarded to protect operators from in running nip points and pinch points. Employee tasked with "Flipping Rolls" in this operational condition were exposed to caught in hazards created between each the pneumatic roller chuck, the in-running nip of the finished product, the layon rollers, and the winder rollers. b) Versa-Pak, LTD on or about July 15, 2024, at the location of 500 Stager Rd.
