29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Excavated Area: On or about July 12, 2024, the employer exposed other workers to struck-by hazards, in that; the employer did not provide training related to steering and maneuverability (obstructions of the load), vehicle stability, load stability and composition of loads to be carried, pedestrian traffic, and ramps and other sloped surfaces pertaining to a KUBOTA skid steer (Model: SVL95-2S, Serial Number: 42161) driving forward into an excavation to deliver infiltrators.
