29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On April 2, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while engaged in roofing operations at heights greater than 10 feet, without the benefit of fall protection systems. Avalanche Quality Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501338, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4270 Pebble Ridge Cir., Colorado Springs, CO 80906. Avalanche Quality Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481777, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 16950 Carlson Dr., Parker, CO 80134.
