29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not provided protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) On July 2, 2024, employees working below employees performing roofing work exposed to struck-by hazards in that they were not wearing hard hats. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
