29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: (a) On or about June 30, 2024, at 19 South Pointe Drive, Dania Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to chemical burns while handling "SODA ASH" in the process of making noodles' dough without wearing eye/face protection. (b) On or about July 1, 2024, at 19 South Pointe Drive, Dania Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to chemical burns while cleaning the cutting table and freezer floor with "ALL PURPOSE CLEANER" without wearing eye/face protection.
