29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On or about July 1, 2024, at the jobsite located at 4593 Power Center Lane Orlando, FL 32839: employees were exposed to cave in hazards while working in an excavation 60' long x 25' wide and 7' deep on the east side and 10' deep on the west side, with near vertical walls, in class C soil, in that, employees did not receive training on excavation and trenching hazards.
