29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests. MAINTENANCE SHOP: On or about May 19, 2024, an employee who assisted in the installation of a high voltage Uninterruptible Power Supply was exposed to electrical hazards where rubber insulating gloves were not subjected to periodic voltage tests. Desert Diamond Casino and Entertainment was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613040, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2022.
