29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) On or about June 24, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry activities were exposed to fall hazards while accessing the upper floor of the building by way of stairways that did not have a handrail.
