On or about June 25, 2024, in the facility, the employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the energy control procedures for the AEW-Thurne Model 400 Vertical Bandsaws to ensure that the procedure was implemented properly to provide effective protection to the authorized employee during servicing and maintenance operations.
