29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and/or the maximum intervals between tests were not conducted in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. (a) On or about 6/19/2024 and at times prior to -PGP gas distribution field Coaling, AL, the employer exposed employees to electrocution hazards, in that, the employees had access to electrical protective equipment with expired test date, such as Salisbury High Voltage Glove to perform tasks such as, but not limited to deenergizing and reenergizing distribution lines while conducting repairs and/or maintenance.
