29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: Facility: On or about June 17, 2024, the employer did not offer the Hepatitis B vaccination series to employees who had occupational exposures to blood and other potentially infectious materials. Employees perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks such as but not limited to wiping down surfaces, removing soiled linens and taking out trash from emergency rooms, dental bays, and PACU (post anesthesia care units).
