OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards while riding on a pallet on the forks of a forklift. On or about June 11, 2024, an employee was elevated on a pallet on the forks of a Crown forklift in order to access wiring and install a camera base inside the building near the storage area. The unapproved work platform exposed the employee to potential fall hazards.
