Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts, or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: (a) West wall of dining area; On or about June 14, 2024, employees were exposed to live electrical parts while using unsecured receptacles operating from approximately 110 volts to 120 volts AC. The receptacles were not secured to the electrical box with mounting screws and were pulled out of the electrical box exposing uninsulated, live conductors at the receptacle terminal screws.
