29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(i): The employer, when selecting a contractor, did not obtain and evaluate information regarding the contract employer's safety performance and program: a) Sparta Facility: at or near 188 Houses Corner Road; Sparta, NJ: The employer did not obtain and evaluate the safety performance and program of a contractor, Hiltz Propane Systems, Inc., which was engaged in replacement of equipment at the bobtail loading bulkheads including: - one 1.25" x 15 foot hose used to transfer propane vapor - two 2" x 15 foot hoses used to transfer liquid propane, - one 2" swivel and one 1 ?-inch male acme x 1" mpt adaptor, on or about 3/14/24.
