OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employees were exposed to crush and struck-by hazards: a) Work site on I-20W at the offramp of exit 172, Thomson, GA: On or about June 12, 2024, an employee was exposed to a crush and struck-by hazard, when operating a tractor on a sloped surface steeper than a 3:1 rise to run ratio.
